Introducing Porto Viro Municipality

Porto Viro is localized in the river Po Delta area and is a municipality belonging to the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region Veneto, located about 45 km south of Venice and about 35 km east of Rovigo.

The building site is located within the 1999 UNESCO World Heritage area of Porto Levante, (a suburb of Porto Viro town) and the new building will serve the local port as an info-center for the tourists and as a recovery/maintenance depo for the lagoon’s boats of recreational use.

Role in the project

In the GreeNest project, MPV will be involved in the realization of a building that has been located within the UNESCO’s World Heritage area of Porto Levante since 1999, (a suburb of Porto Viro town) and the new building will serve the local port as an info-center for the tourists and as a recovery/maintenance depo for the lagoon’s boats of recreational use.
