Introducing Piliko

Piliko is a Greek non-profit company with a seat in Chania-Crete that disseminates knowledge and expertise on sustainable architectural design and earthen building techniques with local raw materials. Piliko’s main action includes the organization of events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, training programmes, conferences and participation in research programmes.

Role in the project

In the GreeNest project, piliko will mainly plan the living lab strategy and organize the living lab activities during the program. piliko will also provide technical consulting information to support the application of natural building materials in the construction systems of the demo buildings and will examine a light-clay module to be used in some of them.
